Account Creation and Security

To use our platform, you must create an account with us. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

Email Campaigns

Our platform allows you to create and send email campaigns to your subscribers. You are solely responsible for the content of your email campaigns and for complying with all applicable laws and regulations, including, but not limited to, the CAN-SPAM Act. You agree not to use our platform to send spam or unsolicited emails.

Subscriber Lists

You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining permission from your subscribers to send them emails through our platform. You agree not to use any purchased or rented email list on our platform.

Service Fees - Add on

We may charge fees for certain services or features on our platform. We reserve the right to change our fees at any time, but we will notify you of any fee changes in advance. By continuing to use our platform after the fee changes take effect, you agree to pay the new fees.

Return Policy:

Subject to the terms herein, users of 3Pod acquire an additional service (Add-on) directly on the 3Pod platform and these cannot be returned; all sales are final.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use our platform for illegal or fraudulent activities, including, but not limited to, sending spam or unsolicited emails. You also agree not to use our platform to violate applicable laws or regulations, or to infringe upon the rights of third parties.

Intellectual Property

You acknowledge and agree that our platform and all content and materials included therein, including, but not limited to, software, text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, and video clips, are the property of our company or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Termination

We reserve the right to cancel your account or suspend your access to our platform at any time and for any reason, including, but not limited to, a violation of these terms and conditions. Upon termination, any remaining balance in your account will be refunded to you in accordance with our refund policy.

Our platform is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the availability, reliability, or security of our platform. We disclaim all warranties, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
