PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE ("Terms" or the "Agreement") CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE SERVICES. ALL USERS OF THE SERVICES AGREE THAT ACCESS AND USE OF THE SERVICES ARE SUBJECT TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND OTHER APPLICABLE LAWS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, DO NOT USE THE SERVICES.

Welcome to our 3Pod electronic wallet service! Before using our application on the platform, we kindly ask you to read and accept the following terms and conditions. These terms and conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legal agreement between you ("User") and our electronic wallet service ("Service").

Current Features you can use with the 3Pod electronic wallet:

• Receive funds provided by the affiliate service for referring users to 3Pod.
• Receive recurring payments from our 3Pod affiliate program.
• Funds can be received in the wallet for 3Pod promotions or prizes held on the 3Pod platform.
• This 3Pod wallet service can be used as a payment method within the 3Pod platform only to acquire any type of membership or service within it.
• You can receive funds in the 3Pod wallet for refund purposes.

The user warrants and represents that they are over 18 years of age and qualified to enter into this 3Pod wallet agreement. All 3Pod transactions are subject to verification by our 3Pod account and payment reconciliation department.

Acceptance of the Terms

By using our Service, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, as well as any additional terms and conditions, policies, or guidelines that may be posted on our website from time to time. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our Service.

User AccountsTo use our Service, you must create an account with us. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process and to keep your account information updated at all times. The User declares that they are 18 years of age and fully capable. If you are not yet of that age, you must register through your mother, father, or guardian, understanding that they will be responsible for the activities carried out on the 3Pod PLATFORM.

The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and all activities that occur in their account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

Deposits and Withdrawals

You can deposit funds into your electronic wallet account using the payment methods available on our platform. We may impose limits on the amount of funds that can be deposited or withdrawn from your account, and we reserve the right to reject any deposit or withdrawal that we deem suspicious or fraudulent.

You can request withdrawals of funds from your 3Pod wallet, if you meet the withdrawal conditions. The minimum withdrawal amounts are $100 USD, these withdrawals can be requested through the platform, or through a customer service representative. Any type of withdrawal incurs a withdrawal fee or commission of 6% of the value to be withdrawn.

Available withdrawal methods are:

• Paypal: You can request funds to be sent to [email protected] or simply use the Paypal service to receive funds from your 3Pod wallet. For more information, you can request it at https://www.paypal.com/mx/webapps/mpp/ua/useragreement-full

Zelly or bank transfer if you are in the United States - USA.

• Stripe: Through Stripe, you have a credit card, and the transfer values can be credited as credits to your credit card. This service is limited to 3Pod users and only those who have an active credit card within the system.

Transfers:

You can use your electronic wallet account to make transactions with other users or merchants who accept our platform as a payment method. You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of transaction details before confirming any transaction. Once a transaction is confirmed, it cannot be reversed.

Fees or Commissions
We may charge fees for certain services or transactions on our platform. We reserve the right to change our fees at any time, but we will notify you of any fee changes in advance. By continuing to use our Service after the fee changes take effect, you agree to pay the new fees.

Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use our Service for illegal or fraudulent activities, including, among others, money laundering or terrorism financing. You also agree not to use our Service to violate applicable laws or regulations, or to infringe on the rights of third parties.

Termination

We reserve the right to cancel your account or suspend your access to our Service at any time and for any reason, including, among others, a breach of these terms and conditions. Upon termination, any remaining balance in your account will be refunded in accordance with our refund policy.

Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the availability, reliability, or security of our Service. We disclaim all warranties, including, among others, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

We will not be liable to you or any third party for direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our Service, including, among others, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our Service is provided, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws.

Changes to these Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, at our sole discretion. If we make substantial changes to these terms and conditions, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our website.

Any dispute arising in connection with this Agreement shall be exclusively resolved in the Courts of Atlanta, GA USA.
